  The food was really good and came quick they brought the things that were ready to eat first so we didnt have to sit around and wait. The waiters were so adorable and helpful honestly the only reason they lose a star is that our fan (or wtv its called) was stuck in place so we could not bring it down so the burnt smell would get a bit intense at times . Other than that great experience the best piece was the, lamb try it!

  I dont usually leave bad reviews but i felt.the need to share.
  
  I put 2 stars because
  1. Food ; The Meat selections were ok, nothing extraordinary, not bad but.. the bowl of  steamed rice i order was.. almost porridge. Come on that's unacceptable.
  2. Service (for 1 specific waiter..) ; i asked the waiter if i can have some sliced garlic and he immediately said "no we don't have garlic. Also The chef said he doesn't give garlic to tables anymore." I was surprised.
  Moments after, i asked another waiter for garlic and he gladly went and got us some.
  3. We had coupons of 10% off we asked before ordering if its applicable, the waiter said sure.
  When the bill came , He didn't add it and charged us full price.
  
  It's a beautifully decorated restaurant ill give them that but
  There are other korean BBQ ALL you can eat that are so much better. I do not recommend this place.
  Why not Go to KBBQ instead, more options.
  Its my opinion. Hope this helps.

  Absolutely loved this place. After making the usual rounds of downtown Korean barbecue it was refreshing to stop in at Hibi. The attention to detail that the staff put out is amazing, from the moment we walked in we were treated by friendly staff who made sure we knew how to use everything and what was the best way to enjoy all the food.
  To start we were brought a small sampler plate of pickled daikon, Kim chi and a sprout salad. All of which was delicious and good to snack on while waiting for your meat and veggies to arrive. Every item that we ordered to grill was brought to us and looked extremely fresh. We even got to try some different meats such as ox tongue. Every item tasted great and we were checked in on several times to make sure we were having an good experience.
  
  If your looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and try a new place out give these guys a try !

  I believe it is one of the best all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant in Montreal. The setting of the restaurant is great (large benches and tables for all the food). The fans helped with the smell you usually get on your clothes when you go to those places. There's a wide selection of meats, vegetables, and fried food which should please everyone at your table.  The staff is professional and friendly. They had a promotion buy 2 get 1 on Sapporo beer which was great also. Would definitely recommend and come back!!

  I went today for first time at lunch time, our server was very rude at the beginning until half our meal, then he started being nicer, but our first impression was very poor.
  Food is not bad, it's average but the experience could Had been better if the waiter was more friendly and not questioning why I wanted an extra pair of tongs to grab the cooked meat from the raw, when I asked he even made a gesture with his hands..
  not sure I will be back to try the supper.
